A wide range of health and wellbeing activities are available to support children in exploring at their own pace, encouraging independence, curiosity, and holistic development.
Learning about body organs and gaining a basic understanding of the human body through engaging, hands-on experiences.
Learning about dental care, including how to brush teeth correctly and maintain good oral hygiene.
Discovering the importance of handwashing and understanding germs through interactive sensory activities.
We incorporate the Eatwell Guide (the UK healthy eating model) into daily conversations and thoughtfully planned activities that promote healthy lifestyles. Children also explore different foods and snacks by participating in our cooking clubs, where they make a variety of items to take home and share their experiences with family members.
Recognising healthy and less healthy foods through visual games using food cards, while also being introduced to new fruits and foods.
